EAA mango and passion fruit is a powdered drink with the full spectrum of all nine essential amino acids – the ones your body cannot produce itself and has to get from food. One 13 g serving contains 9.2 g of EAA, of which 3.7 g are BCAA. The 300 g tub gives you 23 servings. The tropical mango and passion fruit blend is sweetened with sucralose and contains no added sugar.

Dosage
Mix 13 g (about 1 heaped scoop) into 250 ml of water. Take once a day, before or after training.
