Electrolyte Drink 500 g in lemon and lime is the stock-up size of this electrolyte powder — 100 servings of 5 g, enough for a whole season. One serving contains 124 mg magnesium, 240 mg sodium, 223 mg potassium, 128 mg calcium and 110 mg vitamin C. The formula is built around Cocomineral coconut water powder. It is sugar free and suits long sessions and hot days alike.

Dosage
