Micellar Casein 500 g in vanilla is a micellar casein from Finnish brand PULS nutrition delivering 21 g of protein per 30 g serving, 16 servings per tub. The vanilla version keeps the label short – casein, flavouring, thickener and sweetener – with just 0.5 g of fat per serving. Casein digests more slowly than whey protein, which makes it a fit for the evening and for longer gaps between meals. Vanilla is a neutral base you can also stir into porridge or quark.

Dosage
Mix 30 g (roughly one scoop) into 250 ml of cold water or milk, ideally in a shaker. Take 1–3 servings a day – after training, before bed or between meals. Do not exceed 3 servings a day.
