Reco 1 kg in chocolate is a protein with carbs in a 1:1 ratio – one 50 g serving carries 21 g of protein and 21 g of carbohydrate. The bag covers 20 servings. Whey protein concentrate is paired with maltodextrin and dextrose, so after training you do not have to handle protein and carbs separately. The double chocolate taste is built on low-fat cocoa and sucralose.

Dosage
Shake 50 g (one scoop) into 300–400 ml of cold water or milk. Take 1–3 servings a day, ideally right after training or between meals during the day. Do not exceed 3 servings a day.
