High Two by Viridian Nutrition is a full-spectrum B-complex built around vitamin B2 – each capsule carries 200 mg of riboflavin. Riboflavin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and the maintenance of normal skin, mucous membranes and vision. The formula is completed by all the other B vitamins in one vegan capsule with no fillers.

Per 1 capsule: riboflavin (vitamin B2) 200 mg (14,286% NRV*), pantothenic acid (B5) 50 mg (833%), niacin (B3) 50 mg (313%), thiamine (B1) 20 mg (1,818%), vitamin B6 12 mg (857%), biotin 200 µg (400%), folic acid 200 µg (100%), vitamin B12 (adenosylcobalamin and methylcobalamin) 20 µg (800%), inositol 20 mg, choline 8.2 mg. *NRV = nutrient reference value.
