A second chance for individual items with a specific defect or a condition that differs from the standard product. Read the reason for the reduced price, examine the photographs and check the available size. The description of that particular item matters, not just its model name.

Is it always just a small mark or a different shade?
No. Other defects can occur: the Venum Challenger 3.0 gloves list a slight tear, while the Venum Kontact guards list a torn seam. These examples do not describe every future item. Always read the condition of the product you choose, and ask for clarification before ordering if the photograph does not show the affected area clearly enough.
What should I check with discounted gloves and guards?
Find out exactly where the damage is and whether it affects padding, fastening or a load-bearing seam. A model name or discount alone does not confirm that a damaged item is suitable for contact training. If the description does not answer these questions, ask us for details and discuss them with your coach if needed. Do not use protective equipment if you have doubts about its condition or secure fastening.
Can I choose any size listed in the size chart?
The chart describes the model’s measurements, not Second Chance stock. Only the variants currently offered for that particular product can be purchased. Use the specific measurements for gloves and guards; a size letter from another model is not enough. If your size is missing, compare the regular range instead of buying an item that does not fit.
Will the same item be restocked at the same price?
Another item cannot be promised. Second Chance depends on which individual products become available, and even the same model may have a different condition or price next time. Open the regular category for the standard range of that product type. The Sale label alone does not mean Second Chance; always compare the condition description too.
How do I handle a return, different size or another defect?
As a consumer, you can notify us of a return within 30 days of receiving the goods, subject to the conditions on Returns and complaints. For a different size, return the original and place a new order if the size is available. A reduced price alone does not exclude a complaint about another defect. If the condition differs from what was agreed before purchase, describe the issue in the complaint form and include photographs if you have them.
