What is the difference between a gift voucher and a ticket?
A voucher provides value towards an online shop purchase; the recipient chooses goods and redeems the code when ordering. A ticket provides admission to a specific event at the stated time and place. A voucher does not itself reserve an event place, and a ticket is not general shopping credit.
Will the voucher arrive by email or as a parcel?
A BJP Voucher is an electronic voucher in PDF/HTML format. The code is sent to the buyer's email after payment. You can pass it on electronically or print it for an envelope. It is not a physical card sent by a carrier. Keep the email and do not publish the code; it is transferable. Sending after payment does not guarantee delivery within a few minutes.
Where can I use the voucher, and how long is it valid?
The terms listed for BJP Vouchers state that they are valid for 12 months from purchase and only in the BJP Store online shop. Enter the code in the basket's discount or gift code field. It cannot be exchanged for cash or used to buy further vouchers. Before completing the order, check that its value has actually been deducted in the summary.
Do I have to use the whole voucher at once?
Yes, the voucher is for one order. You can pay the difference if the purchase exceeds its value, but the voucher terms do not allow a refund of an unused balance. Choose its value with the intended purchase in mind. Another code can be used alongside it only if the basket permits this; automatic compatibility with other codes is not promised.
What does a ticket for A Day with Jiří Procházka include?
The current offer includes one person's participation in the joint training session, meet & greet, refreshments and gifts from partners. Purchases from the BJP Store at the venue are paid for separately. Always check the selected ticket's details for the exact date, start time, address and preparation instructions. Gift voucher terms do not automatically apply to tickets.
