Not necessarily. “Up to” before a discount percentage means the largest discount among the variants, not a promise of the same price for all of them. Open the product, choose your size or version and check that variant’s price. Check the item in your basket before placing the order too; a similar name or different colour does not guarantee an identical price.

Individual offers do not share a single end date. Follow any validity dates stated for the particular promotion; availability also depends on stock of your chosen variant. Saving a heart lets you return to the product, but does not reserve an item or its price. Check the current price and availability again when you next shop.

Compare the same quantity or number of uses. For capsules, divide the capsule count by the recommended number taken per day; for powders, divide pack weight by serving weight. Then compare the cost per day or serving. If the end of the shelf life is approaching, consider whether you will use the pack in time; a large percentage discount does not automatically make it better value.

Yes, a discount alone does not exclude returns. As a consumer, you can notify us of your withdrawal within 30 days of receiving the goods; see Returns and complaints for the process and exceptions for certain products. For a different size, return the original and place a new order. If the product is faulty, choose a complaint; this follows different rules from a change-of-mind return.
