The Fitboard is a board on a roller: you shift your weight to control its movement and work on balance. The Venum Challenger Abs Wheel has handles for roll-out exercises in which you control your trunk movement. They are not two versions of the same tool. Choose the movement you want to include in your training; buying the equipment does not replace learning the technique.

The set includes a beech board, roller and two protective bags. The board measures 90 × 38 cm; the roller is 44 cm long and 16 cm in diameter. These are component dimensions, not a sufficient exercise area: you need extra clear space around the moving board. Do not soak the varnished wood. Wipe it with a slightly damp cloth and dry it immediately.

You can set round length to 1–9 minutes, the number of rounds to 1–9, and rest periods to 10–90 seconds. Audible signals and a pause function help you run group training without constantly checking a phone. The timer is for indoor use and runs on mains power, with an adapter included; allow for access to a socket when choosing its position.

Both the black and green Pillbox have 6 individually closable compartments and measure approximately 9 × 9 × 3.5 cm. The difference is the outer case colour. Hand-wash with lukewarm water and mild detergent, rinse and let it dry completely before filling. Do not put it in a dishwasher or microwave. The number of compartments does not itself determine a schedule or dosage for their contents.
