Practical differences between cropped cuts, sports tops and casual clothing.
Is a cropped T-shirt just a smaller regular T-shirt?
No. Its shorter length is part of the cut. For example, The Power from our women’s T-shirts combines a cropped length with cotton and elastane. Sizing down in a regular T-shirt also reduces room across the chest and shoulders. Check where the top ends relative to your trouser waistband and how much it reveals when you raise your arms.
How does a sports top differ from a short T-shirt?
A short length does not automatically provide support for exercise. The Power is a cotton cropped T-shirt, while the short-sleeved Women Power top uses polyester and elastane with sewn-in padding. Check the construction and stated support in sports tops; a photograph is not enough to assume that every top can replace a sports bra.
Are all Pulse leggings the same apart from colour?
No. The black Pulse leggings are described as mid-rise, while other versions in the range are described as high-rise. A shared collection name therefore does not guarantee the same cut. Open the exact colour version before buying and check its rise, fabric and size chart where one has been added.
How can I tell whether a shorter sweatshirt will fit me?
The Energy has a shorter body and a relaxed upper section with dropped shoulders built into its design. Compare its length with your own sweatshirt and with the waistband you plan to wear it above. A larger size also adds width, so it may not solve a length preference. Where a chart is available, follow its instructions for measuring the garment flat.
