When browsing sports shorts and leggings, check each model’s pockets and fastening against your club’s rules; a shared collection name does not guarantee identical construction.

There is no universal rule to size down. A rashguard’s close fit should come from its cut rather than restricting your shoulders or breathing. The black Pulse performance T-shirt has its own sizing-down advice, which should not be applied to other models. Check the specific chart where available, then raise your arms and squat when trying the garment on to check that the hems do not shift excessively.

First separate items with hook-and-loop fasteners or rough surfaces that could snag fine knits. Both the Pulse T-shirt and rashguard should be washed inside out at up to 30 °C without fabric softener or bleach, and must not be tumble dried. Follow each other model’s own care label; avoid leaving sweaty clothing sealed in a training bag for long periods.
