Card and digital wallets

Cash on delivery
Availability and any fee are shown at checkout. Cash on delivery is not available for international PPL deliveries.
In store in Brno
For store collection, you can also pay by cash or card when you pick up your order.

When is shipping free?
For eligible parcels under 10 kg, the current thresholds are:
- €100: Austria, Germany, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia.
- €150: Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Spain and Sweden.
These thresholds apply to the available PPL, GLS and Packeta services for the destination. Heavier parcels are charged according to the weight tariff. Domestic deliveries within Czechia have separate rates, with eligible services free from CZK 2,000.
Which countries can I order to?
We deliver to the EU countries listed above and to Czechia. PPL and GLS offer address delivery to these international destinations.
PPL collection points are available in Germany, Hungary, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain. Packeta collection points are available in Hungary, Poland, Romania and Slovakia. Choose from the available locations at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery time depends on item availability and your chosen delivery service. Check availability on each product page. The carrier will send you delivery or collection instructions.
Can I collect my order in Brno?
Yes. Collection is free at BJP Store, Lazaretní 1/7, 615 00 Brno, Czechia. We are open Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00, and Saturday, 9:00–14:00.
