Sports Shirts & Rashguards
BJP and Venum training shirts, jerseys and rashguards for different types of exercise. Choose from looser Pulse and Dry-Tech shirts or close-fitting rashguards. Check each model's cut and composition: UFC Zenith Replica, for example, is a cotton T-shirt, while the Walkout Jersey uses performance polyester.

Choosing a training shirt or rashguard
Relaxed jerseys, fitted rashguards, fabric differences and finding your size.
When should I choose a looser shirt rather than a rashguard?
For running or weight training, choose how much room you want around your body. The BJP sports jersey has a slightly fitted cut; the Pulse sports T-shirt is more relaxed. A rashguard hugs the torso and arms, leaving less loose fabric during contact training.
A shared collection name does not mean a shared fit. Pulse includes both a loose sports T-shirt and a fitted rashguard with flat seams.
Do all shirts in this category use the same performance fabric?
No. BJP Pulse uses 94% polyester and 6% elastane, while the BJP jersey in COOLSWIFT fabric uses 100% polyester. The short-sleeve BJP rashguard in SOFTEN fabric uses 88% polyester and 12% elastane; MONOLITH V1 uses 70% polyester and 30% elastane.
UFC Zenith also has different versions: the black Walkout Jersey is polyester, while the black Replica T-Shirt is 100% cotton. The UFC logo or collection name alone does not tell you about moisture management, stretch or fit.
Should I choose my usual size in every model?
The black and grey loose-fitting Pulse sports T-shirts come with a recommendation to choose one size smaller than usual. Do not automatically apply this advice to Camo, the Pulse rashguard or other collections. Compare measurements with the individual product's size chart where available.
Distinguish body circumference from a garment's width measured flat. In a rashguard, raise your arms, twist and bend forwards: it should fit closely without uncomfortable pressure around your neck, armpits or chest. A smaller size does not automatically perform better.
Short sleeves, long sleeves or a tank top?
Long sleeves cover your elbows and forearms; short sleeves leave your forearms exposed. For groundwork, consider how much skin you want covered against the mat. For running and conditioning, a tank top such as the regular-fit Venum Nexus Dry-Tech is another option.
A tank top and a sleeveless rashguard have different fits. Sleeve length alone does not determine warmth either: fabric thickness and how closely the garment fits also matter.
What helps keep a shirt from riding up?
The BJP sports jersey and olive BJP x ATEX jersey have slightly longer backs. The black Venum G-Fit Air rashguard has a silicone band at the hem to help keep its lower edge in place. These features are not present on every model.
When trying it on, reach overhead and bend forwards several times. If you keep pulling the hem down, compare the length and cut of another model; simply sizing down can make the problem worse.
How should I wash a training shirt or rashguard?
The Pulse shirts mentioned here and MONOLITH V1 rashguard specify washing inside out at 30°C, without fabric softener or bleach, and no tumble drying. Venum G-Fit Air also specifies 30°C washing, no tumble drying and no ironing. For any other model, follow its own care label.
Take sweaty clothing out of your bag and let it air-dry after washing. Fasten hook-and-loop closures on other laundry or wash items separately to prevent them catching the fine knit.
