How do resin, drops and capsules differ?
Immortal and Saryu are resins that you measure out and dissolve. Dakini is a liquid concentrate with a dropper. Capsules make measuring easier, but they are not identical either: NutriWorks contains 300 mg of extract with 20 % fulvic acid, equivalent to 60 mg, while Immortal Freeze Dried contains 666 mg of freeze-dried resin. These numbers alone do not mean one product is proportionally stronger. Compare the same form and the same measured substances.
How long does a pack of shilajit last?
It depends on the form and recommended serving. A 30 g jar of Immortal resin lasts about 60 days at 0.5 g per serving. NutriWorks Shilajit contains 60 capsules and also lasts 60 days at one daily. Immortal Freeze Dried contains 25 or 50 capsules depending on the option, giving 25 or 50 days at one daily. Compare cost per day; jar size or the number of millilitres of drops is not enough on its own.
Can I mix every form into boiling tea?
No. Dakini's directions advise against adding it to liquids above 60 °C. The contents of an Immortal Freeze Dried capsule can be mixed into warm, not hot, water; Saryu has its own instructions using hot water, tea or warm milk. Do not transfer the temperature instructions from another product. Likewise, do not estimate a conversion from drops to grams of resin: the concentration and dropper can differ.
What should I check in laboratory testing and origin information?
Look for the product and batch identification, analysis date, laboratory and actual results, for example for heavy metals and microbiology. A mountain region name, a fulvic acid percentage or dissolving in water is not proof of purity. For products described as tested, we can help check whether the corresponding report is available. A general brand certificate may not describe your particular batch.
Is shilajit in drops or chocolate always pure resin?
No. Titan Blood combines shilajit with honey and apricot oil, so it is not vegan and the weight of a full pipette is not the amount of shilajit alone. Immortal Shilajit chocolate also contains cocoa, cocoa butter and cane sugar. Do not treat chocolate as dose-equivalent to capsules or automatically add another form of shilajit alongside it. Follow the serving and intended age group of the specific pack.
