The SPIRIT sleeveless training shirt has a looser fit, a slightly longer back and lightweight COOLSENSE fabric made from 100% polyester at 90 g/m². The SPIRIT rashguard hugs the body and uses stretchy SOFTEN FLOW. It has short raglan sleeves and a side panel that extends into the sleeve, eliminating the joining seam in the underarm. Choose the training shirt for more room around your torso, or the rashguard for a close-fitting contact-training layer.

Other ranges include COOLSWIFT training shirts at 130 g/m² and SOFTEN rashguards at 225 g/m². These are different fabrics from those used in SPIRIT. Always check the specific model's size chart; a rashguard is designed to fit closely.

SPIRIT have a looser cut, long side slits and a crotch panel with no central seam. The main PAVERA fabric contains 87% polyester and 13% elastane at 150 g/m²; ESPAN FIT fabric covers the elasticated waistband. This construction leaves room for a wide range of leg movements.

CHAMP use SILVER fabric made from 85% nylon and 15% elastane, with an elasticated drawstring waist, two front pockets and a zipped back pocket. For contact training, also check your club's rules on pockets and zips.

Both use stretchy ESPAN GRIT made from 86% polyester and 14% elastane at 240 g/m², but their construction differs. The women's leggings have a high waist, a shaped back panel and a small inside pocket for a key or card. The men's have a wide elastic waistband, a double-layer front crotch panel and perforated DISTA panels on the inner thighs for ventilation.

Treat them as different cuts, not as the same garment in different sizes. SPIRIT size charts list body measurements, not garment widths measured flat. Compare your measurements with the specific model's chart; you can choose different sizes for your top and bottoms.

The SPIRIT top has a cropped, close-fitting cut, a cutaway back around the shoulder blades and a 4 cm elastic band at the bottom. Stretchy ESPAN FIT is paired with an ASTERIA front lining. When trying it on, raise your arms and check that the lower band stays in place without digging in under your bust. A lined front alone does not establish high support for running or jumping.

Not every ATEX women's top has the same lower edge: the black-and-red bra also has a 4 cm elastic band, while the pink top has a soft hem without elastic. Compare the specific cut as well as the design.

No. The black-and-grey sports hoodie and CHAMP have a non-elasticated lower hem and two zipped pockets. The blue ATEX × BJP hoodie has a stretchy lower hem and two kangaroo-style pockets. All use polyester DRYCLIM with a lightly brushed inside, mesh underarms and a full-length zip. Decide whether you prefer a hem that hangs freely or sits against your hips, and compare pocket closures if you carry small items.

Wash the sportswear inside out at up to 30 °C with similar colours, without fabric softener or bleach. Fasten zips and hook-and-loop closures so they cannot catch delicate knits. Air-dry away from radiators and direct sunlight; do not tumble-dry or iron SPIRIT items. Always follow the individual garment's care label too.

Separate the merino beanie from your regular sportswear wash and choose a gentle wool cycle and detergent as directed on its label. Its fabric needs different care from polyester training shirts.
