Support, padding, pockets and sizing for the specific model.
Does a padded top automatically offer high support?
No. Padding affects shape and coverage but does not determine support during movement on its own. Venum Essential Medium Impact explicitly offers medium support. When comparing sports tops and bras, check the underband, straps and intended use too. Do not assume high support for running or jumping unless it is stated.
What is the difference between sewn-in and removable padding?
The short-sleeved Women Power top has fixed, sewn-in padding. The dark blue Pulse bra instead lets you remove the pads and wear it without them. If you want to adjust or wash the inserts separately, look for an explicitly removable design. Before taking them out, check for an opening designed for this purpose; do not undo the seams.
Which leggings have a pocket, and how high is the waist?
The black and red BJP sports leggings made by ATEX have a high waist and a small internal waistband pocket for small items. That is different from a large side pocket for a phone. Black Pulse leggings have a mid-rise waist. Check the exact version of the leggings: neither pocket design nor rise is shared by the entire category.
Do a bra and leggings from the same collection need to be the same size?
No. Choose tops and bottoms separately according to their measurements and how they fit during movement. The added Pulse bra chart lists widths measured flat, not full body circumferences. The underband should neither gape nor dig in painfully; check leggings while squatting and bending forward to make sure the waistband stays in place.
