BJP and Venum sportswear includes bras, cropped tops and a sleeveless training jersey. Women Power offers short sleeves or straps, Pulse has removable pads, and MONOLITH has wider crossover straps. Choose length, fabric and support separately: the word “top” does not define all three.

Choosing a sports top or bra
Shoulder coverage, padding, support and the differences between collections.
Can every sports top replace a bra?
No. A training jersey or T-shirt may have no built-in breast support. Women Power includes padded cropped tops; Pulse is a sports bra with removable pads, and MONOLITH specifies medium support.
Check the lower band, straps and support of the individual model. A fitted cut or cropped length alone does not mean a top can replace a bra for your activity.
Which pads are removable and which are fixed?
BJP Pulse, the MONOLITH top and UFC Zenith Fight Week bras have removable pads. Beige and pink short-sleeve Women Power tops have fixed, sewn-in padding.
Sleeveless Women Power tops list padding but do not specify that it is removable. Pads adjust shape and coverage; they do not by themselves define the level of support.
What if I want more shoulder or stomach coverage?
Short-sleeve Women Power covers the shoulders but is still a cropped top. Strappy Women Power tops and Pulse leave the shoulders exposed. The sleeveless BJP jersey has deeply cut rear armholes.
Check the specific top's length against the waist height of your leggings. Raise your arms and bend forward when trying it on. A larger crop top size may not provide the stomach coverage you want.
How do I check support for running or jumping?
MONOLITH and Venum Sculpt specify medium support, rather than high support for every body shape. If a model does not state a support level, you cannot infer it simply from the word “sports”.
Try a few gentle hops and raise your arms. The underband should stay in place without the garment pressing uncomfortably. For pronounced bouncing, look for a construction explicitly offering a higher level of support.
Do Women Power, Pulse and MONOLITH use the same fabric?
The Women Power tops listed here are 82% polyester and 18% elastane; Pulse bras are 90% nylon and 10% elastane. The black MONOLITH top is 80% nylon and 20% elastane.
A matching colour or size letter does not mean an identical fit. Choose the top and bottom of a set using your own measurements; they can be different sizes.
How should I wash a padded top?
Wash BJP Women Power and Pulse inside out at 30 °C, without fabric softener or bleach; do not tumble dry or iron. MONOLITH also specifies 30 °C and air-drying; do not iron its print.
Do not pull out fixed padding. Reshape removable pads after washing and let them dry thoroughly. Follow each model's label for other brands, rather than using the instructions for a similar-looking top.
