How to choose a women's T-shirt or T-shirt dress

What is the difference between Basic, The Power and Icon?
Black Basic is a shorter, looser T-shirt with wide sleeves. Blue and pink The Power have a cropped length. Icon combines both ideas: it is short and distinctly wide through the body and sleeves.
Cropped describes length; oversized describes room in the cut. A short T-shirt does not have to be close-fitting. If you want more coverage, compare the specific model's length; the name Basic does not promise a long hem.
How do I choose size and length if I want my waist covered?
Lay a well-fitting T-shirt flat and measure chest width and length using the product diagram. Compare garment measurements with a garment, and body circumference with your body. Then consider the top's length alongside the waistband height of your trousers.
When trying it on, raise your arms and sit down. To keep your waist covered during movement, you need enough garment length, not automatically a larger size of a cropped T-shirt. If a chart or length is missing, send us the model name and size you want.
Which T-shirt has elastane, and what does Icon's fabric weight mean?
Blue and pink The Power are 95% cotton and 5% elastane. Black Basic and The Power T-shirt dress are 100% organic combed cotton. Icon is 100% cotton with a fabric weight of 300 g/m².
Elastane adds stretch but does not replace correct sizing. Fabric weight tells you the weight per square metre: Icon is a heavier T-shirt, not automatically a performance top. Fabric weight or colour alone cannot guarantee opacity when stretched.
Is The Power T-shirt dress the same as the long sweatshirt?
No, they are two different products. The black The Power T-shirt dress has short sleeves and is made from 100% organic combed cotton. It is designed as a short, loose-fitting dress.
The long The Power in women's sweatshirts has long sleeves and a blend of 85% cotton and 15% polyester. The shared name does not mean the same fabric or length. For the dress, check total length and coverage when sitting.
Can I wear these T-shirts for training?
For everyday wear and lighter exercise, you can choose a cotton T-shirt that feels comfortable to you. A cropped cut or added elastane alone does not confirm quick-drying or moisture-wicking performance.
For more intense training, compare sports T-shirts and tops by their specific fabric and fit. When trying one on, repeat movements from your workout and check that it does not restrict you or ride up more than you want.
How should I wash T-shirts with logos or patches?
The listed Basic, The Power and Icon models specify washing inside out at 30°C, with no bleach or tumble drying. Wash similar colours together and follow the label on your particular garment.
Use a low iron setting away from the logo, lettering or fabric label; Icon specifies ironing on the reverse. Prints and patches are different finishes, so do not iron across the whole T-shirt without checking the branding.
