Vitamin B12 is one of the nutrients a plant-based diet does not cover. Nordbo B12 supplies it as methylcobalamin, 1000 µg in one plant-based capsule.
Methylcobalamin is the coenzyme form of vitamin B12, the one the body uses directly. Nordbo pairs it with nothing else: the capsule holds the vitamin, rice extract as an anti-caking agent and a hypromellose shell. That is the whole list.
One capsule a day with food, 90 capsules per pack, so three months. The declared 1000 µg equals 40,000% of the nutrient reference value.
