BCAA+ 300 g in strawberry & kiwi is a powdered branched-chain amino acid blend in a 2:1:1 ratio – one 13 g serving holds 3.5 g of L-leucine, 1.8 g of L-isoleucine and 1.8 g of L-valine, 7.1 g of BCAA in total. It also adds 1 g of L-glutamine, 150 mg of magnesium and chicory inulin. The tub covers 23 servings. The drink sips well during training or outside it and tastes fresh rather than syrupy.

Dosage
Mix 13 g (roughly one scoop) into 500 ml of cold water. Take one serving a day – before, during or after training. Do not exceed 1 serving a day.
