BCAA+ Energy cola is a powdered drink combining branched-chain amino acids with caffeine, mixed before or during your training session. One 13 g serving delivers 7 g of BCAA in a 2:1:1 ratio – 3.5 g of L-leucine, 1.75 g of L-isoleucine and 1.75 g of L-valine – plus 1 g of L-glutamine, 100 mg of caffeine and 200 mg of magnesium. The 300 g tub gives you 23 servings. The cola flavour is sweetened with sucralose and acesulfame K, with no added sugar.
- 7 g of BCAA per serving – leucine to isoleucine to valine in a 2:1:1 ratio.
- 100 mg of caffeine – roughly the same as one cup of filter coffee.
- 200 mg of magnesium – 35% of the nutrient reference value. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal muscle function and to electrolyte balance.
- 1 g of L-glutamine – rounds out the amino acid profile.
- 23 servings per tub – 300 g of powder, scoop included.
- No added sugar – sweetened with sucralose and acesulfame K.
Dosage
Mix 13 g (about 1 scoop) into 300 ml of cold water. Take one serving a day, before or during training.
