Beauty starts on your plate. Viridian's Beauty Oil brings together five cold-pressed organic oils in one balanced blend - flaxseed, hemp, avocado, evening primrose and pumpkin seed. You get a broad spectrum of unsaturated omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids including rare gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), plus natural antioxidants such as vitamin E, carotenoids and lutein.

• omega 3, 6 and 9 - 1520 mg ALA and 1520 mg linoleic acid per 5 ml
• 70 mg GLA per serving - rare gamma-linolenic acid from evening primrose and hemp

• cold-pressed - organic quality, unrefined

Dosage

1-2 teaspoons (5-10 ml) daily. Add the oil to a salad, smoothie or other food, or take it directly. Do not use for hot cooking.
