Beef Blood Protein Isolate is a protein powder made from beef blood. The raw material comes from pasture-raised New Zealand cattle and the product is aimed at people who eat nose to tail and want the part of the animal that ordinary cooking leaves behind.
The powder tastes neutral, so it will not take over a smoothie or a protein shake, and it dissolves without lumps. A daily serving of 1 to 3 grams fits on the tip of a coffee spoon, which keeps a 150 g tub going for months of everyday use. Directions
