Beef Brain from Paleo Powders is freeze-dried brain from pasture-raised cattle, packed into capsules. It is one of those organs you will not find at an ordinary butcher and nobody cooks at home. In capsule form you get it without the hunt and without the prep.
Each capsule weighs 500 mg, of which 430 mg is freeze-dried beef brain and 70 mg is Paleo Elements Complex, mineral soil from European ice-age sediments (paleosoil) together with freeze-dried beef blood. The daily serving is 5 capsules, so a 180-capsule pack lasts 36 days.
The raw material comes from pasture-raised herds in New Zealand, Australia or Europe depending on the batch. The brain is freeze-dried raw, so it is never heat-treated before drying.
