Beef Liver from Paleo Powders is freeze-dried liver from New Zealand cattle raised on grass alone, packed into capsules. Liver is usually the first step into organ nutrition, but few people fancy sourcing it, trimming it and frying it. The capsules skip that step.
The daily serving is 5 capsules with food, so a 180-capsule pack lasts 36 days. The liver is freeze-dried raw, so it is never heat-treated before drying. Taste and the typical smell of liver are simply not part of the deal.
