Beef Testicle from Paleo Powders is a freeze-dried bull gland from pasture-raised cattle. It is one of the least ordinary organ powders, mainly because the gland dropped out of everyday cooking long before liver and heart did.
A daily serving of 5 capsules carries 2000 mg of freeze-dried gland. Each capsule weighs 470 mg and, besides the gland itself, contains Paleo Elements Complex, mineral soil from European ice-age sediments (paleosoil) together with freeze-dried beef blood. The pack holds 180 capsules, which is 36 days worth.
The raw material comes from pasture-raised herds in New Zealand or Australia, and the country varies by batch. The glands are freeze-dried raw, so they are never heat-treated before drying.
