A kilogram of pure beta-alanine works out at roughly 200 servings of 5 grams. There is nothing inside but 100 % beta-alanine in instant powder form, so no sweetener, no flavouring and no filler.

Beta-alanine is a non-essential amino acid. Among strength and endurance athletes it is one of the most commonly supplemented compounds and is usually taken before training or spread across the day.

The powder is unflavoured, so it stirs into water, juice or the pre-workout blend you already use. Made in Finland and Sweden.

Directions

Take 5 g a day, about one level scoop, stirred into water or juice, most often before training. You can split the daily amount into several smaller servings through the day.

Warning

Food supplement. It does not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not intended for children or for pregnant and breastfeeding women. A temporary tingling of the skin, known as paraesthesia, may follow a dose; it is a familiar side effect of beta-alanine that usually passes within 30 to 60 minutes and can be avoided by splitting the serving. Store dry at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of small children. The best before date is printed on the pack.
