Light fabric for quick footwork
Thick jersey is not what you want for kicks and changes of stance. MONOLITH V2 MMA shorts have 150 g/m² fabric and a combat sports cut, so you benefit from the low weight during quick footwork.
Fasten and adjust the waist separately
The material is 100 % polyester and dries quickly. Fasten the waist with hook-and-loop, then fine-tune it with the drawcord. The fastening is therefore not your only way to adjust the waist before training. The graphic is sublimation printed.

Care

Move straight from kick drills to squats and lunges in the gym. The combat sports cut is useful between technique rounds too.
