About the formula
The vitamins and minerals are accompanied by 50 mg coenzyme Q10, beta-glucan, chaga, pine bark extract, pterostilbene and the bacterial strain Lactobacillus acidophilus PBS066. Separate tables list each ingredient and its amount.

Can I add another multivitamin?
Compare both ingredient lists first. Multi-Immunity already contains iron, iodine, zinc and selenium, and amounts from different supplements add up. Discuss combinations with a pharmacist or doctor.
Which allergens should I check?
It contains celery, sulphur dioxide and sulphites. It may also contain traces of milk, soya, fish, crustaceans and cereals containing gluten. If you have an allergy, check the full ingredient list before use.
