BJP Nootropics Longevity is a complex of nootropic ingredients and active B vitamins. It combines Bacopa monnieri (50% bacosides), green tea extract with 40% L-theanine, citicoline, acetyl-L-carnitine (ALCAR), taurine, acetyl-L-tyrosine, trans-resveratrol and nicotinamide riboside (NR) with active forms of B vitamins (P-5-P, methylcobalamin).

Health claims under the EU On Hold list (Art. 13.1 of Reg. 1924/2006, not yet assessed):

• Bacopa monnieri – mental health, cognitive function; concentration – memory
• Green tea (Camellia sinensis) – cognitive and mental health, concentration

Authorised health claims (Reg. (EU) No 432/2012):

• Thiamine, riboflavin, niacin and vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal functioning of the nervous system.
• Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal psychological function.

Citicoline, ALCAR, taurine, acetyl-L-tyrosine, trans-resveratrol and nicotinamide riboside are ingredients without authorised health claims.

Directions
