One daily serving delivers 2,000 mg of D-aspartic acid, standardised extracts of black maca 20:1, Himalayan shilajit (50% fulvic acid) and fenugreek (50% saponins), plus zinc and selenium: zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood and to normal fertility, selenium to normal spermatogenesis. Directions for use
Take 4 capsules daily, ideally in the morning with food, with plenty of water. For a consistent routine, take the capsules at the same time each day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
