Who it is for and when to use it
For anyone who trains regularly, whether in the gym, on the mats or on the bike. It also fits into a busy working day when regular meals are hard to manage: a shake takes seconds to make and is easy to take with you. The protein source is whey protein concentrate (WPC) from milk. A protein shake complements your diet but does not replace a full meal.
Flavour and formulation
Reduced-fat cocoa powder with chocolate and cream flavourings provides the taste. Sunflower lecithin in the concentrate acts as an emulsifier and helps the powder mix more easily. The formula also includes Opti7 Digest, a blend of seven digestive enzymes: papain, alpha-amylase, protease, lactase, bromelain, cellulase and lipase.
Recommended daily intake
The recommended daily intake is 30 g. Mix it with water or milk, adjusting the amount of liquid to how thick you like your shake. A scoop is included; for an exact serving, weigh the powder on kitchen scales. Do not increase the daily intake.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to drink it immediately after training?
No. Take your daily serving after training, with breakfast or at any time of day when you want to add protein to your usual diet. Just keep to the recommended 30 g per day.
Is it suitable for milk allergy or lactose intolerance?
It is not suitable for anyone with a milk protein allergy. Whey concentrate also contains lactose, and the product is not labelled lactose-free even though it contains the enzyme lactase. If you are lactose intolerant, choose a protein labelled lactose-free.
How do the chocolate and banana flavours differ?
The chocolate flavour contains reduced-fat cocoa and provides 22.3 g of protein per serving; banana provides 23 g. Both have the same recommended daily intake of 30 g and the same amount of Opti7 Digest. See the banana flavour.

BJP: apparel, gear and nutrition for people who do the work
BJP grew out of the fight game and the mindset it demands: discipline, patience, and the nerve to walk your own path. What started as a few pieces of apparel is now a full brand with its own clothing, training gear and supplements, all built around one idea. You can do anything, here and now.
We design every piece for the way it will actually be used. Tees and hoodies cut to move with you and hold their shape after a hundred washes. Socks and caps that get worn every day, not saved for special occasions. Shakers, bottles and hand wraps that survive a gym bag. Supplements with clean formulas and doses you can check on the label. Nothing is decoration; if a detail does not earn its place, it goes.
BJP is not only for fighters. It is for anyone who trains, builds, studies or simply refuses to coast, and who wants what they wear and what they take to reflect that. Be the best version of yourself. Every day.
