Švihej: Czech jump ropes from two brothers in Ostrava

Švihej was founded in 2016 by two brothers from Ostrava, who turned a single product into a community. The ropes are made in the Czech Republic, and around them grew a training portal with tens of thousands of users, video tutorials and a 36-day programme for beginners. The principle is simple: a jump rope is the cheapest piece of conditioning equipment there is, provided it is well made and you know how to start.
