    Caprylic acid is one of the MCT fats found naturally in coconut oil (which contains caprylic acid (C8) and capric acid (C10), but also in breast milk. Unlike capric acid, caprylic acid is absorbed very quickly and is therefore an immediate, but at the same time stable and long-lasting source of energy.
