Chaga Extract is a liquid extract of wild-growing chaga (Inonotus obliquus), harvested in the birch forests of Finnish Lapland. This wood-dwelling fungus has a long tradition in the Nordic countries and Puhdistamo turns it into a concentrated extract you simply measure out with the dropper into coffee, tea or a smoothie. A 2 ml daily dose contains 200 mg of chaga extract with a standardised 50 mg of beta-glucans. No capsules, no fillers – just extract, water and alcohol.

Dosage
