Vitex agnus-castus (chaste tree) is a herb with a long tradition of use. The berry extract is standardised to 0.5% agnusides, guaranteeing a stable content of active compounds in every capsule. According to on-hold claims it contributes to menstrual comfort and to relief of premenstrual syndrome and menopause. The formula is deliberately minimalist – pure plant extract and a vegan capsule, no fillers or additives.
Ingredients: Vitex agnus-castus berry extract (0.5% agnusides) 450 mg, vegan capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).
Contents: 90 capsules (90 servings)
Directions: Take 1 capsule daily, preferably at the same time each day. Recommended on an empty stomach – 30 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal. If you have a sensitive stomach, take with food. Drink with plenty of liquid.
Warning: Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. People on hormone therapy should consult a doctor before use. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight, at temperatures up to 25 °C.
