Dosage
One capsule a day after a meal

What is the difference between ubiquinone and ubiquinol?
They are two forms of coenzyme Q10 that convert into each other in the body. The Booster contains ubiquinone, the more stable form found in most Q10 supplements.
How is it different from Magnesium Energy?
Magnesium Energy is magnesium malate and taurate with added Q10 and B6. The Booster is coenzyme Q10 on its own, at 200 mg, with vitamin E. If you take both, add up your total Q10 intake.
Is it suitable for vegans?
Yes. The capsule is made from plant cellulose and the manufacturer labels the product as vegan.
