Ecolovita® is marine fish collagen from ASC certified farming, and it forms the base of this sachet: 5000 mg of hydrolysed type I collagen peptides per dose, with vitamin C and zinc alongside.
Bovine and porcine collagen are the more common route, Nordbo went marine instead. A sachet weighs 5.1 g, carries a natural lemon flavour and stirs into water, juice or any other cold drink.
Vitamin C is in there at the full nutrient reference value, 80 mg. Zinc adds 5 mg, half the NRV. The pack holds 30 sachets, exactly a month with nothing to measure out.

Dosage
Stir one sachet a day into a glass of water, juice or another cold drink. The pack contains 30 daily doses. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
