A hundred 5 g servings in one tub will run for about three months at a maintenance dose, which makes this the size for people who take creatine all year and would rather not reorder every month.
The raw material is Creapure® from the German producer AlzChem. It is routinely tested for the impurities that arise in creatine manufacture: creatinine, dicyandiamide, dihydrotriazine and thiourea. There is nothing else in the tub; the ingredient list runs to one line.
The powder is micronised, so the fine particles disperse in water or juice without leaving sediment at the bottom of the shaker.
