Mango-flavoured creatine monohydrate is the flavoured take on classic creatine, in a 200 g tub. One 6.6 g serving contains 5 g of creatine monohydrate, of which 4 g is pure creatine, and the tub covers 30 servings. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise; the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. The fruity mango flavour is sweetened with sucralose and contains no added sugar.

- Dissolves in 200 ml – plain water is enough.
- 4 weeks on – the manufacturer recommends a 4–6 week break afterwards.
Dosage
Mix 6.6 g (about 1 heaped scoop) with 200 ml of water and drink once a day, ideally before exercise, or in the morning on rest days. Take it for 4 weeks, then add a 4–6 week break. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.
