Unflavoured creatine monohydrate in a 500 g tub is 100% creatine monohydrate and nothing else – no fillers, flavourings or sweeteners. One scoop equals 5 g and the tub holds 100 servings. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise; the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. Being unflavoured, the powder mixes into water, juice or a protein shake without changing the taste.

Dosage
