Creatine PRO-7 in green apple is a creatine complex that packs seven different creatine forms into one 10 g serving — from plain monohydrate through creatine phosphate and citrate all the way to creatine hydrochloride. The 300 g tub covers 30 servings. Reach for it when you want creatine that dissolves well and tastes like fruit instead of nothing.
- Seven creatine forms – monohydrate, phosphate, citrate, buffered malate, pyruvate, hydrochloride and tri-creatine malate in one serving.
- 5.3 g of creatine forms per serving – 10 g of powder, two scoops, one glass of water.
- Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise – the claim applies at a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.
- Alpha-ketoglutarate and citrulline – 100 mg calcium alpha-ketoglutarate and 100 mg L-citrulline-DL-malate per serving.
- Siberian ginseng – 100 mg of Eleutherococcus senticosus root powder, of which 0.8 mg eleutherosides.
- 30 servings per tub – green apple flavour, no gritty residue at the bottom.
Dosage
Mix 10 g (about 2 scoops) with 250 ml of water once or twice a day between meals. On training days take a serving around 30 minutes before your session. The tub holds 30 servings.

Warnings
