Product detailed description
One capsule of Nordbo Double Sun holds two plant-derived raw materials: 25 mg of beta-carotene from the green microalga Dunaliella salina and 100 mg of red orange powder sold under the trade name Red Orange Complex™ (Citrus sinensis).
The beta-carotene here is not synthesised. Dunaliella salina is a single-celled alga from salt lakes and ranks among the richest natural sources of the substance, so it is taken straight from the biomass. The red orange goes in as dried whole-fruit powder rather than an isolate.
Beta-carotene is fat soluble, which is why the formula also carries coconut MCT oil alongside rice flour as a filler. The capsule shell is cellulose. Made in Sweden, free of GMO and animal ingredients, certified I'm Vegan by Djurens Rätt.
