Free-form amino acids dissolve into a clear drink, so this EAA powder behaves more like an electrolyte mix than a protein shake. Sixteen grams of essential amino acids per 25 g dose carry only 401 kJ / 94 kcal.
Pineapple is the sweetest of the three flavours and the tropical profile holds up after an hour in cold water, which makes it the pick for days when sharp, sour drinks do not suit you. Leucine is the largest single amino acid at 6330 mg a dose.
The 500 g tub equals 20 doses. Alongside the nine essential amino acids the formula carries 1000 mg of L-tyrosine, magnesium, potassium, vitamin B6 and 10 mg of Bioperine® piperine.

Directions
Add 25 g, roughly two 25 ml scoops, to 500 ml of water and let the powder dissolve completely. Sip it through your session. Take no more than two doses a day. The 500 g tub holds 20 doses.

Sixteen grams of free-form EAAs correspond, on a nitrogen basis, to 13 g of standard protein; the difference comes from the missing peptide bond. Potassium reaches 5 % NRV per dose, below the 15 % threshold at which a nutrient claim may be made.
