Nine essential amino acids topped up with 1000 mg of L-tyrosine is a line-up you will not find in an ordinary BCAA powder. One 25 g serving carries 16 g of EAA in total, and leucine leads the list at 6330 mg.
Mango is a full fruit flavour without sharp acidity, so it stays drinkable across a whole session and on days when citrus does not agree with you. The amino acids are produced by fermentation and come with magnesium, potassium, vitamin B6 and Bioperine® piperine.
The 500 g tub covers 20 servings and one serving carries only 401 kJ / 94 kcal. Sixteen grams of free-form EAA correspond, on a nitrogen basis, to 13 g of standard protein; the difference comes from the missing peptide bond.

Dosage
Mix 25 g, roughly two 25ml scoops, with 500 ml of water and let it dissolve fully. Drink it during training. Up to two servings a day are recommended, and the 500 g tub holds 20 servings.
