This raspberry EAA drink is a ready-to-drink sparkling can of 330 ml containing 3,486 mg of essential amino acids, 105 mg of caffeine and four B vitamins. It has no sugar and no fat, and the whole can comes to roughly 10 kcal. It fits in your gym bag or your desk drawer for days when you do not want to weigh and mix anything. Vitamins B5, B6 and B12 each cover 50% of the nutrient reference value per can.
- 3,486 mg of EAA per can – nine essential amino acids including leucine, valine and isoleucine.
- 105 mg of caffeine – roughly the same as a strong espresso.
- Vitamins B5, B6 and B12 – 50% NRV each. They contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Zero sugar – 0 g of carbohydrates, 3 kcal per 100 ml.
- Ready to drink – a sparkling 330 ml can, nothing to mix.
Dosage
Drink 1 can (330 ml) a day, ideally chilled, before or during training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
