Milk protein does not agree with everyone, and that rules out most of the protein powders on the shelf. Egg White Isolate Worx by NutriWorks is an isolate made from egg white, that is albumin, which contains no lactose at all and still holds 82 g of protein per 100 g of powder.
One 30 g scoop delivers 25 g of protein, 0.3 g of carbohydrate and 0.2 g of fat, with sugars at zero. Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass and to the maintenance of muscle mass. Egg albumin sits between whey and casein for digestion speed, which makes it a workable choice at any point in the day.
The flavour is chocolate, from reduced fat cocoa powder, sweetened with a blend of steviol glycosides and sucralose. You mix 30 g into 300 ml of water or juice. An 800 g pack covers roughly 26 servings. Made in Finland and Sweden.
