Elderberry usually turns up as a sugary syrup. Here it comes as a capsule: a berry extract at 500 mg, with vitamin C and zinc in organically bound forms next to it.
The vitamin C is calcium ascorbate, a form that is not acidic and sits fine on an empty stomach. The zinc comes as zinc picolinate, 10 mg per capsule, the full nutrient reference value.
The capsule is plant-based, with rice flour and MCT oil as fillers. One pack lasts 30 to 60 days depending on whether you take one capsule a day or two.

Dosage
