One serving of 6 g delivers 1000 mg of sodium from Himalayan salt, 250 mg of potassium, 150 mg of magnesium and 80 mg of vitamin C from rosehip extract. The formula is completed by a beetroot extract standardised to 10 % nitrates and powdered coconut water.

Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, normal muscle function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Potassium contributes to the normal function of the nervous system and muscles. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Directions for use
