When sharp citrus stops appealing halfway through a long block, the second option earns its place. Fresh ice tea peach tastes of peach iced tea, softer and less biting than the grapefruit version.

The content matches its sister flavour: sodium, chloride, potassium, calcium and magnesium plus 100 mg of vitamin C in every 5 g serving. Vitamin C contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

The sweetener is steviol glycosides and the colour is betanin from beetroot. NutriWorks blends both in Finland and Sweden into a powder that dissolves in a couple of seconds, so you can mix it between rounds.

Dosage
